Nominations for the next Daytime Emmy Awards were announced yesterday. With great pleasure I announce to you that our beloved Nancy Lee Grahn (ex-Julia on Santa Barbara; Alexis Davis on General Hospital) is nominated for this prestigious award as OUTSTANDING SUPPORTING ACTRESS IN A DRAMA SERIES. Other aspiring actresses to the award are Melissa Claire Egan (AMC), Genie Frances (Y&R), Elizabeth Henderickson (Y&R) and Rebecca Herbst (GH). They are all great actresses, but it is clear that there is no comparison with Mrs. Grahn. This summer, look forward to the live announcement of winners at a glittering awards ceremony on Sunday, June 23, 2012 at the Los Angeles Bevery Hilton Hotel. This year the award belongs to you, dear Nancy, just like in 1989 when you won thanks to the role of Julia Wainwright (this pic is my good luck for you).
