A STRANGE 90th BIRTHDAY FOR BETTY WHITE

Last January 17 the wonderful Betty White blew out 90 birthday candles. The actress is still full of life and energy, in fact she is busy shooting the third season of Hot in Cleveland. I want to give my very best wishes to this great woman who continues to face life head on. She has participated in many programs and TV series, but mostly she played Rose Nylund on "The Golden Girls" for 7 seasons. In January 1988, NBC Daytime created a contest where fans had to guess how many times Betty White appeared on Another World, Days of our Lives and Santa Barbara over the course of a week. The winner was to receive a trip for two to Hawaii and $1,000 cash. I've already talked about it in another article you can find here. Even President Barack Obama wanted to make his (humorous) wishes to Betty White. He requires a birth certificate because he can not believe that a woman could be so energetic 90 years (watch video below). Happy Birthday Betty White!

L'attrice è ancora piena di vita e di energia, infatti è attualmente impegnata nelle riprese della terza stagione di Hot in Cleveland. Voglio fare i miei migliori auguri a questa grande donna che continua ad affrontare la vita a testa alta. Ha partecipato a molti programmi e serie televisive, ma soprattutto la ricordiamo nel ruolo di Rose Nylund in "Cuori senza età" per 7 stagioni. Nel gennaio 1988, la NBC creò un concorso in cui i fan dovevano indovinare quante volte Betty White appariva in Stagioni, Il tempo della nostra vita e Santa Barbara nel corso di una settimana. Addirittura il Presidente Barack Obama ha voluto fare i suoi (scherzosi) auguri a Betty White.
